I am moving over from another blog that I have played with, but never really made public, so I decided to start by building a gallery with some of my favorite photographs and larger portfolios. I and will be continuing to add from there with some of the work being older in addition to adding my new work as I go. So a little about myself and my photographs. My husband and I have owned an audio production company since 1996, I enjoy photographing concerts and the gear as it is a part of our lives that I take great pride in. We built this business from the ground up and we are quite proud of where we are today. I find that my perspective is a bit different from the general public photographs as I tend to incorporate the gear a little more than most… both the public and even the hired photographers. A high percentage of the work I share will be from the events that we participate or have participated in. The challenge of concert photography is one of the reasons I decided to pursue a bit of formal education in photography. The attached image below is one from the Paradiso Festival in 2015 on the main stage. My company partnered with another audio company and provided the audio system.
